The thing with these larger-than-life love affairs
Are that they don’t fit
They’re too big for life
And I’m kind of
Loose and insecure inside them
So maybe a love
That fits like a glove
A life-sized affair would be nice.
And you come in with eyes in flame
But leave me with questions
Questions I asked the sky
Am I worthy?
Call it chance, call it fate
When one day they responded
He responded to the questions that you gave me
And now there is nothing left to say
Except, thank you for your questions
